Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you take home! If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help you find a better fit or provide a refund.

The Guidelines

14-Day Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date (for online orders) or purchase date (for in-store buys).

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

Exclusions: For hygiene and safety, jewelry, intimates, and "Final Sale" items cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

In-Store: Bring your item and receipt to our boutique for an immediate exchange or refund.

By Mail: Send us an email at thequiltedpaisleyboutique@gmail.com with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
